I intend to print it to a PDF file which can be distributed to all my family member's computers, so they can browse through it without internet access or without having to install the complete program (not even considering the need to keep the collection accurate on all 4 pc's ...) |

John You can already do this. Just install pdf995 or cutePdf and then use that to print any report. | | | | Paul |

How would we do this in landscape? this wouldn't solve the landscape problem - but does solve the separate problem that Jokerman raised about printing to PDF. (at least thats what I thought at the time.. now with the benefit of hindsight.. )  | | | | Paul |
