| | Posted: | | | | I'm hoping I'm not hosed here. I had a premium registration key to the v2 of DVD Profiler. However, I've recently formatted my computer and now I am unable to log in to my account with my old username/password and it appears I have to put in my registration key. Anybody have any clues what I should do? They system doesn't recognize my email either, so I can't get information emailed back to me. Please help!
