| Posted: | | | | Ninehours, I know this will sound stupid (and yes, I'm a computer engineer - if you know the joke-) but have you tried closing the program, and starting it up again? That behaviour happened to me after converting my 2.5 database into 3.0 format. Somehow the EAN pointers were confused on cause of the conversion.
