I am just now getting to know the new version and had a question/problem with the DVD reviews. When I select a DVD and click on the review icon, it connects to the server and I get the number of reviews and the ratings on the top of the box, but there are never any reviews listed. What am I doing wrong?
I am using 3.0.2 and have a unlimited key. |

| | Posted: | | | | The top of the review box says something like "Average of 11 reviews" (obviously the number of reveiws is different for each dvd). I assumed that meant that there should be 11 reviews listed.
Is this not the case? Are they just couting the number of people who "rated" a dvd, not the number of actually text reviews? |

| | Posted: | | | | In the Online Review window try right clicking on the dark bar at top left. You will see a choice "Show reviews with no text." Those are most likely going to be your only reviews. Few of us seems to have the time to write critiques. I only wrote one myself to date. I guess we're all too busy elsewhere in the program. Lots to do!  |
