| | Posted: | | | | Not to be a pedant, but Northern Ireland isn't part of Great Britain either. UK = Great Britain + Northern Ireland Great Britain = England + Scotland + Wales + some outlying islands Ireland (all of it) is part of the British Isles though. Gotta love it  |
