| Posted: | | | | I tried to upload a contribution (did 2 or 3 today with no problem) The last one I did, Los Lonely Boys: Texican Style, showed up with no info in it I tried to upload again and it told me I could not contribute because "the disc was not in my collection" I tried to upload again and got a connection error during the upload I tried again and it seemed to go, then I went to my contributions page and found 3 copies of the contribution, but all of them show no info at all! | Posted: | | | | I'm not sure if this will solve your problem or not, but trying updating your online collection before contributing. That, at the very least, should stop the "disc not in collection" messages.
You could also try making a change, like changing the spelling in the overview or something, submitting, and if that uploads properly, correct the profile and submit again.
You may still find that the empty contributions stay listed - I wouldn't worry about them as I've had them appear when I've cancelled contributions. They tend to disappear eventually.
I've looked in the list and that DVD doesn't seem to be in the database yet, so you should be getting an automatic approval pretty quickly, if that's still the case for new contributions. |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the info & good suggestions!
I didn't try the updating my online collection and re-uploading because I didn't want a fourth empty profile showing up, but I will make sure I do that in the future!
I'll wait a day or two and hopefully what you said about the automatic approval and cancelled contribs comes true (they vanish) and if it isn't in the database yet I'll alter the overview a little and try again.
Thanks again! | | | Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 |
