| Posted: | | | | My machine died and luckily I had previously saved my collection to the Online Profile List. This was done on the old version 2 software. After rebuilding my machine, I attempted to download the DVDProfiler software again and I found the old version was unavailable so I had to choose version 3. After upgrading my premium licence key to premium V3 licence I got the software running. I attempted to download the online list but the option to download is greyed out. I searched the knowledge base and it told me to save the OnlineList.dod 4,994 KB to My Documents\DVD Profiler and then start the software again. It processed the file, it's gone from the saved location, and the dialog box said it was processing the list. Once finished it went to the main page and low and beholder, NO DVDS Any suggestions. I'm not keen to enter my 450 odd DVDs all over again. I'd be quite peeved actually. |

| Posted: | | | | Sorry to say, but this is not the old site so unless you saved your collection to this new INVELOS site it won't be available to download.
You will have to go back to the old INTERVOCATIVE website, download v2.4 so that you can download from their site, then run the new V3 to upgrade to this version, else start typing in those EAN/UPC's. If it's the later (typing in the numbers) remember this time it's the full number (including the leading digit).

Quote: After rebuilding my machine, I attempted to download the DVDProfiler software again and I found the old version was unavailable This is not true, version 2.4 is still avialble from the IVS website at: http://www.intervocative.com/Downloads.aspx I just checked and downloaded it. As snarbo says, load 2.4, download the information from your IVS online colelction. Back it up! Import it using Restore into version 3, which is produced by a new company (Upload your collection to form your Invelos online collection) | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
