| | Posted: | | | | The last couple of updates have had an awful lot of profile changes that are marked as "New Contributions" when you look at the notes, but are clearly already in the database. I've also noticed many of these are full of bogus information. Is somebody deliberately uploading crap here, or is there some kind of glitch in the system that we haven't taken care of?
It's a real pain in the ass to go through anywhere from 50 to 100 or more one by one only to find that most of them are crap! | | | John

But, out of 65 updates, roughly a third were had some kind of problem. I understand that mistakes can be made, but not at this level, and not by some of the people who contributed these. What bothers me even more is that they DID get through the screening process. One I do remember is 'Red River.' That is a John Wayne movie by John Ford, but it had some other guy listed in the Crew as director when even the Overview in the online version said John Ford.
