| Posted: | | | | When I make a title search in dvd profiler it takes forever to write the title in the search box. Does anyone have the same problem? | | | Marge: Homer, a man who called himself "you-know-who" just invited you to a secret "wink-wink" at the "you-know-what". You certainly are popular now that you've become a Stonecutter. Homer: Oh, yeah. Beer busts, beer blasts, keggers, stein hoists, AA meetings, beer night. It's wonderful, Marge. I've never felt so accepted in all my life. These people looked deep within my soul and assigned me a number based on the order in which I joined. |

| Posted: | | | | I have the same problem, after putting in the title it takes about 45 seconds to find the title, and then when trying to clear the search it takes another 45 to clear. It really slow.

The old Profiler use to have that also, with Beta Version 2.5.0. build 915 it didn't have that problem anymore. | | | Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: 'WOW What a Ride!!! |

The online seems to be OK, Also when starting the program it load in about thirty second, then sits there about another 30 or 45 seconds before I can continue. After loading its fine except the search. I'm running XP sp2, 1 gig of mem, on a 1.8 mhz system. Larry |

| Posted: | | | | Quoting Lopek: Quote: I have the local database issue also. Similar issue when searching for actor names too. Filtering can be slow, as well as the switch to the ALL tab. The actor thing seems to be some sort of "initialization"... Once I have searched for one (which makes the hard drive go VERY active) the subsequent searches are o.k. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. | Posted: | | | | Just had this myself.
I was using one of the downloaded layouts though.
I switched back to a default layout and everything was back to normal.
Perhaps it is related to a non-standard layout, either downloaded or revised on your own? |
