| Posted: | | | | Bonjour,
i'm using DVD Profiler since some days now and i have some questions about Online Collection.
When i look at my online collection, i don't see the original titles of DVD. Then, for some movies, someboby who is not french can't know which movie is it. Is it possible to see the original title anf if yes.. how ?
I've looked at some others online collections and i've seen in their pages a menu which apperead from lfet to right when i put the mouse cursor on left side of the page. ANd there were also the possibility to see some statistic graphs too. I don't see that when i look at my online collection. why ?
last question (yesss): which is the adress of my online collection that i can give to someone who wants to see it without DVD Profiler (simply with a navigator). My collection have the "public" option" ticked.
thanks for your help and explanations. :-) |

I checked your online collection and as far as i can tell, there are many French titles there Quoting pgaudin: Quote: I've looked at some others online collections and i've seen in their pages a menu which apperead from lfet to right when i put the mouse cursor on left side of the page. It makes the site from the DVD Profiler export, you'll need your own webspace to use it. Someone else using it can give more info on that. | Posted: | | | | thanks for your responses and ... a new question and remark:
you say that the online collection shows the release title. It seems that the release title is not the original title ;-) So for an american movie, for example, the release title is for me in french (12 monkeys is L'armée des 12 singes in french)... Then noboby but french people can understand all the movie titles and which movie is exactly behind the release title. I think that the original title could be very interesting in "online collections" to discover exactly what the others like !!!! |

| Posted: | | | | That would be a nice feature indeed with online collections - you can imagine how many a Finnish title do look even more alienating for international visitors... At this moment, however, it is not possible to show original titles in online listings, only the release title as whispering said. | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me.
