| | Posted: | | | | Going through all the contributions for MST that are there right now, I noticed the production years are all for the movie that was riffed. Why is that? Why not the year the episode was produced? |

| | Posted: | | | | It's tricky, since essentially MST3K is a mash-up of two different productions. I guess the submitter is giving preference to the earliest production as per the rules. Perhaps another way would be to list the production year of the TV show in the main profile, and then put dividers in the credits separating the cast and crew of the TV show vs. the movie ~ then put the production date of the movie into it's divider. |
