Wish: "Original Title" under 'General Info'

I would like to be able to see the "Original Title" information inside the 'General Info' window (only) - right under the horizontal line, over 'Genres:'.
If I select 'Title Format' to be "Title (Original Title)" it also show the oritinal title in the 'Title'-scrollbar-window.
