I made some corrections for the Finnish release of Patton (EAN 6-420614-609354, Panssarikenraali Patton:  Special Edition). After submitting the profile, it appeared in my contributions list (My Profiler/Contributions) but there is no status. All other contributions get status Received immediately.

It is also not available for voting. Still the contribution notes I wrote are there. I even tried to re-contribute, but the result was the same.

It looks like something causes an automatic rejection, though I can not find any conflicts in the profile. I contributed only the profile, no cover scans.
