I searched, but can't find a reference to this specific case type.

I recently posted a correction to "Wire in the Blood, Seasons 1 & 2", a British Region 2 release.  The case type was listed as "keep case", but in reality it is TWO keep cases, contained within a slip-on cardboard sleeve (open at the top and bottom, wrapping around front, back and sides of the two keep cases).

I submitted a correction to change this to "Box Set", but someone voted "No" and it was turned down.

How should this type of packaging be classified?

(I also submitted a few other corrections at the same time, but the case type is the only one that might be disputed. The original listing also said the video format was full frame, and I changed it to anamorphic widescreen 1.78:1 -- but this isn't something that's debatable, since you only need to put the disc in a player to see it's not full frame.  But I digress...)

I made a change like this just a few minutes ago; the Brady Bunch movies collection, it's just a cardboard band around two keeps. I called it a custom, 'box set' doesn't seem right.

Agreed... a tricky one.

It sounds like a slipcase that pretty common for single keepcases, but I have never seen it to combine 2 keepcases together.

I think I would call it a boxset too.

i think that was me, and i'm sorry because i thought it was something else, so i went back and changed my vote to yes, because you are right, it is two separately released seasons put into a slipcase ... excuse me, slip cover... (after reading carefully reading john's post) as a new box set.
