Often editing is done not only for one record but many with the editing focused on a particular field.  It would a great convenience if the cursor focus and page would remain the same when editing successive records.  I am currently adding location and slot numbers to hundreds of titles.  If upon opening a new title to edit the cursor would remain on the "Personal Information" page and on the slot field my data entry process would be greatly speeded up.  As it is, changing titles restarts the process to the "home" page.  Upon review of other forum topic it appears that many users find themselves editing the same field of a large number of titles.  Maintaining the focus of the cursor would aid many and would not affect the casual user.  Upon starting the program the cursor would start on the "home" page but once an edit was completed it would "stick" to the last field edited when the next title was selected.

While your at it, a "Next Title" button would be of real value.  It would key upon the current sorted list of titles and merely advance to the next one.  With such changes editing large numbers of titles wold be easy.  Right now I spend far more time selecting, opening and browsing to the field of interest than the editing requires.

I like the ideas of both feature requests.

It would be better if it were an option; so you could have the initial focus as it is now or choose to keep the initial focus the same across profiles.

Great idea! I've found myself editing mostly the title of a lot of child profiles lately for TV series, both request would be a great use!
