I made an image only contribution a couple of days ago. Anyway it got 40 yes votes (I was impressed). Anyway, it's been approved today but doesn't appear in the list of contributions.

Looking back through the list, it appears that once an image only contrubition gets approved, it gets removed from the list.

I've noticed that too. With one title, after this happened, and the image was approved according to the contribution notes, the image didn't end up in the DB anyway. :/

Did you make a contribution on the same title afterwards and then cancel it or navigate away from the page? If so, there is a bug when you do this which removes the contribution from your contribution list and also doesn't list you in the 'View Contributors' page.
