Strange!  Now the audio and video details are showing up. I don't know what happened but all is well now. The only thing I can think that may have happened was that before I closed the program down last time (after discovering the problem), I had the software update all the profiles. During this process it notified me that I had a record with blank UPC and blank Title. I responded to the error by telling it to remove the entry. Maybe that blank record had something to do with my problem. Who knows?
