Hello
I forwarded the error message to DVDprofiler but still received a response. My problem is... if I download my profile list together with Ctrl, otherwise it won't work, I see that it downloads parts 1 to 10. When this is done I get an error message and it is... access violation at address 00404204 in module dvdpro.exe read of address 0000005c. this keeps coming back when I download the profile list again together with the Ctrl key. Before they installed the new server I never had any problems. can anyone help me thanks.

Have you tried a Database repair? Tools>Options>Utilities>Repair Profile Database. This happened to me a couple of days ago. I repaired the database & did the download my profile list together with Ctrl and it worked fine.

Normally clicking the Refresh Updated Profiles button (w/o Ctrl) should download just an incremental update of the list (just the updated parts), but currently this is not working, so you have to download the full list by holding down Ctrl. And yes, it does take a bit of time, especially if you have a slow connection.

Do you still get an access violation even after a database repair?

Hello sorry for the late response. When I refresh the online list button, I have to use the ctrl button otherwise it doesn't work. When I have done this I see this... access violation at address 00404204 in module dvdpro.exe read of address 0000005c. this keeps coming back when I download the profile list again. I have also repaired DVD profiler database and it keeps coming back. thanks.Patrick

Ever since the server update, I haven't been able to refresh updates. Every time I hit the Refresh Updated Profiles button, all I get is the "All DVDs are up to date" response. That can't be correct. I've checked my settings, performed a database repair, no change. Any help will be appreciated.

Follow the directions GSyren (Gunnar) has given above.

Either hold CTRL and start the program (you'll get a popup where you can reset the online profile list), or start the program and then hold CTRL and select menu Online --> Refresh Online Profile List.
