| Posted: | | | | When in the dvd list and I press a letter, say "p", why is the first movie with a "p" in the title selected instead of the first movie beginning with "p"? ex. I press "p' and A Prairie Home Companion is selected instead of Patton. Do I have something set incorrectly? BTW, I love the new version. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | The "letter search" does not differentiate between the first word or an article. That said, if you hit a couple letters quickly, ie PI it will jump to Pirates. Play with it a little and you'll see what I mean. | | | Kevin |

| Posted: | | | | It's not the first movie with the letter "p" in the title, v3 just disregards title articles such as the "A" in "A Prairie Home Companion" when you type through the list, whereas v2.x would have included them. Although given that this is above Patton in your collection, I'd imagine the "A" is present in the sort title. |

| Posted: | | | | According the online collection, "A Prairie Home Companion" is sorted under the 'A's. A seems indeed to be present in the Sort Title. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

| Posted: | | | | This sounds similar to the full title search check box in the add DVDs dialogue. When checked it will find a match to the string you are typing ANYWHERE in the title, when unchecked it must start from the beginning.
Might be set there and also references the letter type-ahead functionality.
I have noticed this too, but a few letters types normally gets me where I want to be. |

| Posted: | | | | It semi-disregards articles. In this case you could type 'A P' or just 'P' and it would find A Prairie Home Companion. As antolod mentioned, just type a couple of letters quickly to find more specifics. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
