| | Posted: | | | | I agree that it is not bold text, and so with the current rules it should not include the single quotes. I do however think that the rules in this area should be amended to include different coloured text in the single quotes rule - the aim of the rule is clearly to highlight in our plain text anything that is highlighted in the cover overview text. Why is highlighted by colour different from bold or italic for our purposes.  Either that or go to strictly plain text and do away with the singe quotes all together! But what we have now is inconsistent imo, which is never a good thing. | | | Andy

The rest isn't bold, so no single quotes, just upper case if written that way. | | | | Lutz |
