Backup/Restore for 2.4 -> 3.0 upgrade missing something.... |

Restoring to 3.0 gave me 2024 items and no error messages. Is there any way to resolve this other than manually opening both programs and checking each item individually? |

Did you have an UnconvertedUPC.lst file after the restore? If so, that's probably where the four went. I would also check that those four in the 2.4 directory weren't really acceptible. Run the Repair Utility on 2.4 and see how many you have in a backup afterwards. | | | John

As I mentioned, I have already run the repair utility. In addition, after searching for the file that you suggested, it was a no go. I appreciate your assistance. Any other suggestions? |

| | Posted: | | | | While it will take you a little longer, you might try importing a portion of the V2.4/5 backup instead of the whole thing and see if the numbers match up. eg: # - B; C - F; G - J; ... If they do, add some more, and so on until you hit a section where additional titles don't match. Then look through the last added to look for the error.
