I see this now and again, but I'm not entirely sure what its English equivalent is. It seems to me that it may be "Story by", but I can't find any reliable source online for that.
It is often used in conjecture with "Sceneggiatura" which I believe mean "Screenplay", e.g. "Soggetto e Sceneggiatura" which I interpret as "Story and Screenplay".
Can anyone that is more knowledgeable about Italian credits verify that "Soggetto" means "Story by" (or if not, what it means). |
