| Posted: | | | | Contribution rules say: Do not translate foreign language role names to the language of the locality unless a translation is provided in the film credits.
The credits (roles) are listed always in local language, in my case Czech or Slovak. If I understand it right, they should be contributed in the same language as in the credits. Any hints?
And is there any difference if we have American film (Locality Czech) with Czech credits and Czech film with Czech credits?
I realized that I have some DVDs with roles in English and some in Czech/Slovak so I just want to clarify this. |

| Posted: | | | | As long as you are to contribute your profile to the online database, you should ensure that the rolenames are entered exactly as they are listed in the credits, regardless what language they are in.
Many old films don't have rolenames at all for some or all of the cast. In those cases, if you wanted to add the rolenames, they should be entered in the language of the movie (as far as I know). | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me.
