| | Posted: | | | | I have the same problem when I want to contribute some covers. I've noticed the problem 3 weeks ago. I've tried to report it when contributing, with a support ticket and today I've sent a message via the contact form, but unfortunately I don't think the problem will be solved. |

Just curious. Did you try downloading using the plugin API? Same thing? NM. I tried it using HTTPJoile, and indeed get an operation aborted exception on that profile. The thumbnail URLs are processed OK. | | | Thanks for your support.

| | Posted: | | | | I saw it was declined for the third time this morning and started another support ticket. At first to find out the reason why the contribution was declined and I also stated the cover problem still wasn't solved. I have never seen one single contribution was declined 4 times and then got approved  I don't know what the screeners see to rate a contribution, but it looks like the corrupt profile was the reason for all the declined contributions. Glad to see it's solved now. |
