| Posted: | | | | Anyone else have a problem with this child profile? I have been trying to get a revised copy of it to download, but I get the same one everytime I try. I get an error that says my database must be corrupted, but this is the only profile that has a problem. The cover scan is just a red box with the title of the movie on it. Other information seems to be ok, but it's still corrupted.
It was uploaded by synnerman on March 23, 2022. Can you re-upload to get it fixed?
Thank you! | | | Last edited: by wolfman6 |

| Posted: | | | | A little more information is helpful, what UPC and or disc-id, Blu-ray or DVD. I previewed all disc level profiles for this title without error. Have you ran the database repair? It is possible that only one profile has been corrupted. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I also have a corrupt profile in my database.
I can't see and can't change the covers for Spider-Man: No Way Home (EAN #4030521759145) and when I try to add them, the page gives an error.
I've contributed some extra data (nothing special and everything was documented) and added a note for the corrupt covers for the screeners so they could take a look at it. The contribution (with 5 yes votes and 0 no votes) got declined without reason and the covers are still corrupt |

I have a similar problem with Wyrmwood Apocalypse (9317731169823) - back cover is corrupted in the online database and two attempts to upload a new cover were declined. I had this issue with the German Underwater release, but managed to get it fixed. I think part of the problem is even though we can't download it the scan does exist for the screeners (you can see it's unbroken in the small online collection thumbnail). How different to the 'existing' scans are yours? Mine was an older scan as I hadn't got round to updating the profile before the corrupted scan happened, so it looked quite different. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Subjectively, I think my new front cover looks slightly better than the existing so it’s possibly a case of not being a large enough improvement to get accepted.
Obviously, I’ve never seen the “existing” back cover as I did not add the title to my collection until after the server came back online.
For now I just have the profile only contribution pending as it is missing a lot of info. |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the tip of the small online collection thumbnail. At least now I can see that the right front and back cover should be present and that was actually the only thing I wanted to know.
I still can't add other covers because then I get an error message. However, I had added a note to my contribution about it, which wasn't used at all. Normally you would create a support ticket for something like this, but that isn't looked at either. |
