| Posted: | | | | Now the website is back up and running, and contributions are getting approved again, a very large section of my contributions has been 'skipped' for want of a better word.
Do I really have to go through each one again and re-submit? They're still available to be voted on, but only stuff from 27th May onwards has been approved and released. |

| Posted: | | | | What I'm saying is, if I ignore the situation, will they be approved? Did this situation happen last time the site went down? |

| Posted: | | | | I was thinking the same thing. Lucky for me it's only 6 contributions that I would have to resubmit. | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that. Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! | | | Last edited: by huskersports |

| Posted: | | | | I have a new profile submission on 5/24 that was approved, but two others on 5/24 that aren't. I'm guessing new profile go into a differnet queue or whatever you would call it than current profiles.
I'm just going to go ahead and re-submit. |

| Posted: | | | | Well, I gave up and opened a Support Ticket, and now all the contributions from the 24th have been approved. Coincidence? I have had no reply so far, but that response was almost immediate.
Well, I'm just glad I don't have to re-submit because honestly that would have been a lot of work. | | | Last edited: by GreyHulk |

| Posted: | | | | I have a contribution from May 27 – nothing contentious, just correcting an overview to match the packaging with three Yes votes and zero No votes – that's still pending even though many of the ones I've submitted since have been approved and released.
After reading this thread, I opened a support ticket on Tuesday and it is still pending. | | | Last edited: by Nosferatu |

| Posted: | | | | I have opened a support ticket 4 years ago and that one is still pending too...
I have decided to re-contribute everything which wasn't approved/declined till may 27th. |

| Posted: | | | | Well, I'm holding out hope. It's too much work to resubmit over 20 profiles at the moment. I'd have to recheck all of the CLT resullts too. | | | Last edited: by GreyHulk |

I would say that recontributing is almost certain to have a quicker resolution than a support ticket I've re-contributed the one mentioned above as well as a couple from June 1 which also seemed to have been skipped over and forgotten about |

| Posted: | | | | I've had updates and new profiles from June 2, 4, 5, and 7 approved and released, with three new profiles contributed on June 4 still pending.
This gets increasingly frustrating and confusing with each passing day. |
