Léon: The Professional - Two Original Titles?

so this is interesting.  For the UHD for Léon: The Professional (and probably for other releases as well), there is a theatrical version and an extended version.  Neither have the title as shown on the box.  For the theatrical, it is The Professional, for the extended, it is Leon.

Which one should be used as original title?  My instinct is to go with the one used in the theatrical release, The Professional.

What does everyone think?

EDIT: I took this from the rules, so I believe this goes along with what I posted above, but let me know if any of you think differently: The Original Title field serves two general purposes, but in both cases allows for the tracking of the original feature title.

That's my understanding as well. Léon is a French film which was retitled as The Professional for the North American release.
