Based on the contribution comments it seems that you had added the Cast&Crew info from the DVD cover, rather than using the end credits of this feature.

I also can't seem to find any notes about the reason for the removal of these credits.
Since it is unclear on that page what else you did submit, I would say that your best bet is to re-add the info again.

One note though, please scan the covers without the Keep Case, which gives a much better result.
Check the Cover Images section of the rules for more info.

If a contribution isn't approved and you contribute again the first (and in this case also the 2nd and 3th) contribution will be overwritten with the last contribution. So probably, according the contribution notes, only the scans were contributed.

And a little tip, info like cast, crew, studios, countries of origin should be taken from the credits not from the DVD cover or IMDB.

Yes, given the timeframe between the 3 submissions before the accepted one, which was submitted at 6:46 PM of that same day, this is indeed the case.

However, he could have avoided the overwriting of the first 3 parts of the submission, by using the "Preview Changes" feature of the "Refresh Update Profiles" dialog box.
That way you can select or deselect the steps you don't want to change with your local settings of that particular entry. And my guess is he did use the "Auto-Select" feature, thus overwriting all changes before the last one of 6:46 PM.

This could very well be the case of the removed items CinemOpera.
And also like Gamemaster said (and I did as well, albeit with other words and not as a tip) only use credits from the end credits, and in the case only starting credits are known to exist or even only on a booklet of that particular disc, you are allowed to use these as well.
But back cover, IMDb, and alike are not one of the allowed preferred sources.

That's not necessarily correct.  If a film has actors credited, but no roles credited, you could use roles listed from the rear cover, if they exist.  Also, you are not prohibited from using IMDb as a source, you are prohibited from making a mass copy of IMDb data.

Yes, correct, in fact, I use IMDb as a reference point from time to time, but only when I could not find anything more directly.
And sometimes the cover is the only place on which you could find some credits, but I forgot about those when typing my post (and now have edited it as well).
Anyway, the best bet is to check the credits roll first and foremost.

I've occasionally used the cover for credits, but when doing so I've always clarified that there were no credits in the movie itself, or no credits for a particular role. As long as you clarify that that is the reason you're using the cover, it'll probably get approved.

I added the credits from the back cover, but only one of them, creative director, remains.  It seemed to me that someone was suspicious of them because Satyajit Ray, who died in 1992, has story credit.
