| Posted: | | | | What case type should be used for the Scanavo Blu-ray cases Criterion Collection is using for most of their releases? I'm speaking about those: I checked my collection and all Criterion and most other releases (with this case type) I own are listed as HD Keep Cases. That's what I would call them, too. But I got a No vote for a contribution with the No voter saying this are not HD Keep Cases but normal Keep Cases. For me, normal Keep Cases are releases with standard DVD cases. Those Scanavo cases have the same measurement as standard Blu-ray cases but don't have the Blu-ray banner on the top of the front. Instead the cover goes across the whole front. So what are they? HD Keep Cases or Keep Cases? | | | Think different

| Posted: | | | | It's a HD Keep Case, but given how the program works that might not be the best option for everyone. The cover scans would have the size of blu-ray slip covers rather than the regular smaller blu-ray scans and for those using the automatic media banner feature in DVD Profiler it probably makes more sense to enter them as regular keep cases to avoid the banner on top of a cover that's already complete as it is.
Personally, I don't use the media banner feature so I don't really have a preference. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |
