Updating Images

Hoping someone has some suggestions for me.  I was doing my daily refresh of updated profiles, and I had a title where the image was updated but I guess I forgot to click it because it didn't update my profile.  Afterwards I went to Refresh Image and then Preview Changes and I can't get the new image on to my profile.

Anyone know why, or have another way that I can update my profile with the new image?

Edit cover images for the profile, clear one of them, then try the update.
