Just upgraded to IOS 18 and am pleased to say the apps still work on the new system , and still communicate for update via the Windows App

Yep, updated to iPadOS 18 and the app seems to work just the same as it did before.

iPadOS itself, on the other hand, seems a bit buggy. Works with a few bugs on Ipad Air, but iPad pro seems to have bigger problems. Probably a good idea to hold off until 18.1.

Good to hear.
Out of caution, I just updated to iOS 17.7 and that seems to work OK. I'll now go ahead with an iOS 18 update but will wait for 18.1 as suggested. I hope we are good for another year, but I'm worried that when Apple adds AI to iOS 18, things may go south.
