Ok here is an example of what I see these handled based on what I see in my collection

Please note each film of the trilogy is on the front cover

The title of this is "The Bourne Trilogy"  with child profiles of each film

What it is not titled is "The Bourne Trilogy: The Bourne Identity The Bourne Supremacy The Bourne Ultimatum" 

Because the "Star Trek + Star Trek: Into Darkness" are clearly separated from the package title I see no reason what they need to be included in the title.  This is a multi-film box set, the film titles will be taken care of in the child profiles.

It really seems like there are a lot of people slapping their male genitalia on the table to fight over which one is bigger as opposed to just looking at the packaging and looking at what is actually the title and what is extra marketing garbage.

There is nothing wrong with harmless debate,  but this thread has gone way past that.. People will disagree and there is nothing wrong with agreeing to disagree.
