| Posted: | | | | The only thing which was holding me to my previous HTC Touch was DVD Profiler Mobile. I have now just aquired an iPhone (as I needed one of the apps which it runs).
DVD Profiler on the iPhone would be a killer app as unlike the Windows Mobile version, accessing the internet would be a breeze. I could imagine taking a picture with the built in camera, scanning the bar-code and then adding to the database.
Where do I send my money? |

Where do I send my money? Picture? Scanning?? Far too complex for me...all I want/need is the ability to quickly browse through my collection whilst I am in the store so I don't end up buying the same DVD twice - again... Is it me or has the silcence from Ken been deafening since he expressed an interest in developing an iPhone application 8 months ago? Regards, -=Glyn=- |

| Posted: | | | | I'm not quite activ on forums, alas, for another vote for an iPhone App of DVD Profiler I'm willing to sign up If we can't expect a Mac version of DVD Profile, well, at least one for the iPhone would be great. Where, except for adding stuff etc, just let have our database stored at the iPhone, so we can browse offline thru our collection. Also Pick a DVD to watch would be practical too. And yes, for these options I'ld love to spent $25 |

And accessing the internet is just a matter of firing up Opera Mobile (though I'll also be excited to try out Fennec when it comes out)... Having used both, I don't see why pressing a button on the iPod to launch Safari is so much easier than pressing a button on a WinMo phone to launch Opera... So, what are you trying to say? |

| Posted: | | | | If there is one for any other platform, I think there should be a cross-platform upgrade price if you already have the mobile version. I wouldn't hold my breath for this though as we have been waiting a loooong time for WVGA support for the WM version which I think is a necessary update looking at the current crop of devices. |
