My Thoughts:
That was a strong movie. A movie about the 'earthquake' that happend back in Thailand in 2004. And this is the true story about one of the suriving families of this tragic. And the journey and storytelling they put us trough. And the acting from Naomi Watts, just amazing! And the special efects team and makeup team. What a great job they did here. It all looked so damn real. A real good and powerful movie and story about what happend. Told by Naomi and McGregor in a real great way. This is a movie that i really enjoyed. And a movie that you guys should really check out! Highly recommanded!

My Thoughts:

This is an old TV Movie that was in the Haunted Hollows set I got last week. As such it depends more on atmosphere then anything else. While this one has a slow start... I found it does a good job at drawing you into the story. I have seen better films of it's kind... but it is definitely worth the time put in to watch it. Going into this one I was a little concerned about the quality... especially what with there being 5 films on this single sided disc. But I was pleasantly surprised. While the image was a little soft... it was more then watchable. Really no complaints there either. This movie alone was worth the money I paid for the 8 film set.

My Thoughts:
Finally i found some time between work and all the other stuff going on these days. Havent had time to watch anything lately :\ But this was a movie i really wanted to check out. And i enjoyed the two first movie in this series. But this one.. It was disapointing in alot of places. The story was not to original (and it didnt have anything to do with the 2 first movies at all!) And that was a shame IMO. And a few flaws here and there. BUT if you look away from that, and you see this movie for the first time (and havent seen the 2 first movies) It does an ok job for the horror part in it tho. A good gore movie. A few cool scenes here and there. Alot of blood, and some zombies. For the horror (sure) check it out for a cheap penny. But if you only want to check it out because you want to see how it connects with the two first movies. Dont bother. All in all, not the worst or the best horror movie i've seen.

My Thoughts:
That was interesting i have to say. I didnt hear much about this one, before i watched the trailer a while back and it looked real good. But the movie for me never took really off unfortunatly. This was a movie with a a-team like cast. And it was good to see them again. But i've seen them better. And the story was interesting enough. But a much different movie that i thought it would be. A good movie if you like politics and that route. I'm not going to paint it all black. Because the movie had its moments here and there, and with some good lines too. But for me i guess with the names on the list. I expected a bit more from it. All in all this was an ok drama\thriller. A movie that you can check out (IMO) if you find it for a cheap penny somewhere. I wouldnt pay full buck for it.

My Thoughts:
So me and some good friends watched this last night. And after only hearing good things about it, i was looking real forward to it. And what a movie it was! The movie about the biggest manhunt in the history. And what they did with the movie was just amazing. For me it was real interesting to see how they all worked "behind the scenes" with it all. Makes me think about how much really happening out there, that we never know about. A movie that was real intense and suspenceful trough out the movie. And the cast aswell. With Jessica Chastain in the lead did a great job! Was only a few minor things that i quastioned about the movie. But since its based on the true story i guess thats ok. This movie was almost a pure masterpiece. They did almost everything correct. This a movie that everyone should check out IMO.

My Thoughts:
After having this in my unwatched pile for ages. A friend recommanded me to watch it. So now i finally got around to do so. He really enjoyed it. And it had my interest too since the cast had some allright names to it. And for the movie itself. It wasnt anything too spectacular IMO. The story wasnt that original (but again, what is these days in movies?) But they did the best of it, and IMO made the most out of it. And it had its moments here and there with some good actions scenes. And with a crew that worked good together i think. And some good sounds efects here and there. With a real good sound trough out the thing. Thats always a big plus IMO. All in all, an -ok- way to spend 1.5hrs before bedtime. Not a movie i would recommand you guys to pay full buck for. But if you find it for a cheap penny, check it out. You might enjoy it.

My Thoughts:
Well, this was actually a blind buy, i didnt know about this movie before seeing on sale here the other day. And it had my interest. And its good and refreshing to see Richard Gere in a lead role outside the 'chickflick' genre. And this is only the second movie i've seen him in outside 'Chickflick' genre. And i have to say that i really liked him in this one. I think he did a decent job here. And for the movie itself, it was a allright suspence\thriller movie with a good story to it. Got some great spots and moments in the movie. Things happening almost all the time. Not so many boring moments trough out the movie. Wich can sometimes be the case with the 'typical suspence\thriller' genre. But i think they pulled it off good! A decent movie that they did the most out of. And Richard Gere did a good job too. Its was nice to see him as a 'badguy' This is a movie that you should check out. All in all, a decent suspence\thriller. Not the worst but not the best either.

My Thoughts:
Going in to this movie i didnt know what to expect really. I heard alot about this. Almost only good things. And i remember watching 'The Marine 1 & 2' and i thought the number 1 wasnt any good. And the number 2.. Not much better. But i had to check this one out aswell. And it was a bit different then i thought it would be. The story wasnt anything special. But they made it work ok i think. The cast with 'The Miz' as the lead did an ok job. Alot of fighting and shooting scenes. A movie that hadnt anything to do with the two first movies. (So if you want to watch this one, but havent watched the others. sure) Its just simple an 'ok' action flick. With a lot of good ol' action scenes. And i just have to say something about the picture quality in this movie. WOW, just amazing! Stunning actually. They did a great job there. All in all, an ok way to spend 1.5 hours if you are bored, and like shooting and fighting. (Or WWE) and like to follow they're stars on the "big screen"

So, after having this in my unwatched pile for ages. For some reason i dont know.  A good friend of mine asked if she could borrow it and check it out. And she could (even tho i rarely let people borrow my movies) And after she was finished with it, she recommanded it big time. So now right before i'm heading to bed, i decided to give it a try. And man what a great movie it actually was! Great cast filled with almost only big names. A story that was\is a bit different that i'm used to these days. Thats always a good thing. And what they was able (for me that is) to tell with this story was loud and clear really. And we got put trough an intense journey from the start to finish. A race against time to find a cure on a deadly virus before 'the whole world dies' Something happens on every corner. You blink, you've missed it. This was a great suspence\thriller that i highly recommand you to check out, if you havent done it all ready.

Well, that was actually a rather allright Norwegian movie. A catching story. Some interesting characters. Some debut for some of the actors\actresses. Some of them we will prolly see again (The Norwegian people that is) Some great spots and moments in the movie too. Great picture and sound for a Norwegian movie. It had me trough out. It was kinda original in some ways. Wich was nice to see. But it only lasted for 82 minutes, they could have done so much more with 20-30 minutes more i think. But all in all an allright Norwegian movie. Recommanded for you Scandinavians out there.

Well, to be honest. This was kind of a blind buy. Only reason i bought this one, was because of the Norwegian actress that was in it. Wich i like. And it says 'Horror\ScI-Fi'. And i see what they tried to tell with the movie. But for me, they failed. The story was interesting enough, but they could have done so much more with it. And being a 'horror' flick. The scary parts.. Where were they? And the acting. I've seen better. Some of them tried tho. All in all this "horror" flick was dissapointing really. A movie that i wont watch again.

My Thoughts:
Well, that was a real great movie actually with a catching story. Lot of good spots trough out the movie. A few good lines aswell. And Gene Hackman made a great performance as the lead charcater too. Great work by the people behind the camera too in this one. Great editing, great writing. But for the blu-ray. The picture and sound quilty wasnt that good. I havent seen the dvdversion. So i cant compare it. But for a bluray, they should have done better IMO. But to make things better, this special edition had a own disc only for specials features and some real good extras. This is a real good actionthriller. Highly recommanded to check it out!

Director: Tony Gilroy
Rating: 15
Length: 114 Min.

Subtitles: Engelsk

Stars:

Plot:
Attorney Michael Clayton is a "fixer," the go-to guy when his powerful New York law firm wants a mess swept under the rug. But now he's handed a crisis even he may not be able to fix. The firm's top litigator in a $3-billion case has gone from advocate to whistleblower. And the more Michael tries to undo the damage, the more he's up against forces that put corporate survival over human life – including Michael's.

George Clooney portrays Michael, backed into a career corner that offers little room to fight free in this suspense- and star-packed thriller written and directed by Tony Gilroy (writer/co-writer of the Bourne movie trilogy).

My Thoughts:
Well, that was a great ride. As some of you might know (from my reviews etc) i am a big fan of Mr.Clooney's work, both in front of the camera and behind. And this movie was no exception. And in this one we was put trough a journey of Michael Clayton's life. A lawyer that works as a "fixer" to fix other people's problems. But what happens when he gets himself in some serious trouble? A lot of great moments trough out. And a cool twists a little more then half way trough. Again great work from Geroge Clooney as 'Michael Clayton' this was a great suspence\thriller. A movie that i highly recommand you guys to check out!  2 hours of 'fun'
