Are you trying to change how the company works or solve your problem? I saw one shotgun blast of a post saying the company sucks and then a bunch either linking to or about your problem. So which is the topic? Your problem is very important...to you. The company has its own priorities and even if you enter the support ticket it may not rise to the top of their priority list. But the best way to get it and keep it on their list is to use their methods to track it. The forums are not the method to fix bugs. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

No, it isn't. The topic is: And I repeat: "The question that was discussed was if Invelos do care if their app has critical bugs or not (for their own sake, not for mine.)" Actually it was martian who asked "What critical bug ?" and I only used that thread as an example. It's Invelos that have a bug in their app. I have informed them about a bug and a way to reproduce it. No, it's not my problem. I know how to avoid the bug. |

Have you/they tried what I suggested ? Unless I missed something, she did reply...just not to you. As she had already stated that they couldn't reproduce the bug, it is quite possible that she didn't feel the need to respond a third time. It is also possible that the issue was solved for Gridlock Joe over a year ago...when he first reported the problem. It is also possible that, due to the fact that you are only the third person to report this bug in over a year, they don't consider it a 'critical' bug. That doesn't mean they don't care, it just means they don't see it the same way you do. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. Actually, I asked "What critical bug s?" because, A) that's what you said, and B) as I said earlier, I have installed it on 3 different devices and have yet to encounter a single one. Maybe I'm just lucky. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. | Posted: | | | | On the www.invelos.com first page I read since June 23rd, so over 3 months, this:
Stay tuned for news on our updated (version 1.2) iPhone/iPad app soon, followed by the beta release of our Android app 1.0...
I stay tuned for over 3 months now, thinking every day today it must be here, but nothing happens. Stay tuned tells me it comes in the next days, not in the next months. So, what happens? I like to profit from the new features also on my iPhone and iPad, not only in the desktop app.

| Posted: | | | | Thanks, Knasen69. Yes, and important after IOS, Android is now the upcoming Windows 8 with phones and tablets. So there is also an urgent need of a Window 8 App for phones and pads and even perhaps for the desktop to profit best. A lot of work for Ken :-).
