Quote: Having an iPhone for the last month, one of the definate apps I would love to have is a version of DVD Profiler. If that isn't possible a special iPhone web site that I can view my collection would be great. If you install phpDVDProfiler, I updated the RSS Feed that you can use to browse your entire collection including filtering specific content.
ok i don't know anything about RSS so how can i make this work????? Wikipedia Article regarding RSS Feed. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | Also visit http://dvdaholic.me.uk/forums/index.php for the software and installation help on phpDVDProfiler. Basically, you will need an online host that supports php and MySQL to make this work. |

NewEnglander made his comment one day prior to the iPhone being released internationally making his comment WRIGHT. The international release was pointed out to him in a subsequent post and he appologized for not knowing this. Your post is therefore old news and irrelevant. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I understand if some of you don't see the need for an iPhone version. I stood in line for the 3G. After buying the phone, extended warranty and accessories, it cost me $500 before I got out of the store. On top of that, I had to pay an extra $200 for early termination of my existing carrier (a crappy Windows device). AND, after all of that--I'd do it again.
Those of us who HAVE made the choice know exactly what I'm talking about. An iPhone version of our favorite DVD software could use the built in functionality to scroll DVD cover images just like album covers on iTunes and do quick look-up and linking--including a real, honest to goodness working browser.
Please, please, please make an iPhone version. The fact that there isn't one is the ONLY thing I miss about my old windows-based phone. |

| Posted: | | | | I do not have an iPhone yet, but hopefully I will soon. DVD Profiler Mobile would be the first software I'd purchase. I have the app to sync it with my iPod, but to the iPhone would be great. I would love to be in a store and view whether or not I already have the video at home. Viewing the wishlist would also be beneficial.
For the poll, I selected that I would purcahse the iPhone 3G software. |

If it had this option i would definately pay more for it!!!!!! Wow! that would be great... Yes, the Iphone is the new toy in town. And I love it. So yeah that would be great. And from the standard set from DVD profiler. If there is an Iphone app. I'm sure it would be as performing as this one. So I vote for an idvdprofiler. |

| Posted: | | | | Please think about porting it to the iphone! the iphone 3G can be software unlocked now for free.. (witch i did myself because i hate running with teliasonera!!) Because of this software unlock, the iphone will be in lots more hands think about it! I love windows mobile and have both the desktop version AND the mobile version of your software, but the thing that irritates me the most with my change to apple is that i can't have my freaking dvd collection with me all the time! i would happily pay 25$ or more! for an iphone dvd profiler app.. and i seriously would NOT change my preffered desktop dvd software just because of this.. there is not a better program for your dvd collection than dvd profiler... so think about it for all your loyal customers:D |
