I had a similar rejection with my contribution of Infernal Affairs Blu-ray profile. Lot of work was put into making that profile and if there are certain part of the profile that the screeners don't agree with, couldn't they just reject that portion of the profile rather than the entire thing? Unfortunately for new profiles, we can only take the entire profile and image or neither. With changes, I have the ability to accept either the profile or the image, or neither or both. In neither case, can we selectively chose part of the profile to accept, it is an all or nothing deal. -Gerri | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

Most of new contributions are going to be for a prerelease item which are going to have the wrong covers, overview, and other details. Cast and crew information is also going to be either incomplete or from internet sources like IMDB. I am not sure that rejecting any BRAND NEW contribution for any of these reasons is a good idea. As long as the UPC is valid, I am of the opinion, that new contributions be accepted and wrong information be corrected later. I wouldn't assume that at all. I always do a full profile update whether its new or not, and I never use incorrect data or covers "just to get it in the database" as some have said. If you don't have time to do it right the first time around, why do you think you'll have time to do it right the 2nd time? | | | John
