First, let me respond to Skipnet by pointing out that he and I joined Invelos on the same day, 13 March 2007.
This is my 22nd post. Skipnet has, as of this writing, posted 1651 times. Why? Well, it is all he has in his life. In five years I posted about 200 times on the Intervocative site. In six years, Skipnet had over 30,000 posts on that site. Skipnet has no life outside of these boards. He needs to be the number one poster. Just read most of his posts. They consist mainly of one liners enhanced with emoticons. He uses Walt Disney as an avatar to cover up the nasty nature of many of his posts. Emoticons are used to excuse any sarcasm as merely kidding around.
Skipnet loves to pretend he has inside information, when in fact, he knows little more than any other member of this forum. Skipnet is one of the people who has turned the contribution section into a living hell run by the Rules Gestapo. I and others I know have long ago ceased contributing because we cannot stand the atmosphere created by Skipnet and his allies regarding contributions.

Now, I posted a simple question addressed to Jesse Slicer, and Skipnet and his allies jumped all over me and treated me as the villain of the piece. This will not stand. Kyle Pearson posted an interesting account of the Intervocative/Invelos dispute. Jesse Slicer saw fit to respond by stating that Kyle had made untruthful statements. In other words, Jesse called Kyle a liar in public. Jesse then made a Zsa Zsa Gabor joke and declined further comment. Well, Jesse need not have posted at all, but once he did, it is reasonable to expect him to defend his remarks. Jesse is the guy who shut Invelos down without any consideration for the thousands of users of this site. He filed a lawsuit, of which I read all 75 pages, in which he called Ken Cole a thief. Now we come to learn that Jesse filed this suit only to obtain leverage to negotiate a better buyout price. I find these actions on the part of Jesse Slicer to be dishonorable. I also find those who defend him to be dishonorable. I live in the present, and I do not accept that Jesse Slicer has the right to make hit and run slanders on this board followed by one liners.
Apparantly, Skipnet and his ilk do. I find it interesting that Skipnet wants me to shut up about this matter yet thinks nothing of conducting a multi-page debate in which he claims that Zsa Zsa is a first and middle name. Apparantly such trivia is more important to Skipnet than trying to get Jesse Slicer to explain his disreputable actions. I say to Skipnet that he should stop wasting everyone's time by even posting and take his little "I have the most posts" roadshow to some other board. I for one am sick of it.

I have said what I needed to say. I wish Ken Cole the best in continuing with DVD Profiler and hope that others in this forum will remember just who Jesse Slicer is and why we have no reason to tolerate his calling Kyle Pearson a liar nor to forgive him for accusing Ken Cole of being a thief. Those who forget history are condemned to repeat it.
