Or any other stylized typing of the title. We take the title from the front cover as it is on the front cover. If it can be typed on a standard keyboard that is what we use. And the history of the letter means absolutely nothing... . not when it comes to what we contribute to the online database. I hate it, but I have to agree that it is apparently the way Ken wants it.
