| Posted: | | | | OK, just to clarify what I meant and to be sure I understand you correctly, here are some examples: Title: "A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas" Edition: leave empty reason: because 3D is part of the titleTitle: "Transformers Dark of the Moon" Edition: "Limited 3D Edition" reason: explicit mention on the cover that it's a 3D editionTitle: "The Three Musketeers" Edition: empty reason: 3D isn't mentioned either in the title nor as an editionIs that in line with the rules? | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | First is part of title, second you are picking out specific data and that banner is expressly prohibited under rule, 3rd I would see as legitimate edition
To be more specific the transformers uses the same type of banner that Disney uses and that is defined in the rule as prohibited, so it can only be local | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it. Outta here

Is that in line with the rules? These are perfect examples of the three conditions we see. And as far as my 3D collection goes it is how we have been handling it. From how I interpret the rules you are correct. |

| Posted: | | | | Well this did make me go look at whats in my collection.
"Clash of the Titans 3D" is correctly named title wise, but it did have an edition of "Blu-ray 3D" which does not exists on the cover except in the madia banner at the top. So I put in a contribution to change that. |

| Posted: | | | | I think these are good examples on when to include in the title, edition and when it is not included in either.
But like I said earlier (and Skip recommended) I personally tag them all using the tag system because we do have conditions where edition and title do not fit and it make sense in case you want to filter them, report on them, etc.
Easier to find when we actually get 3.8. |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, for local purposes, nothing beats creating a custom category. That way I can keep track of all my 3D Blu-rays and they have a nice 3D Blu-ray icon to boot. ...at least, until 3.8 hits the street and we have an official way of entering and submitting that data. | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

Is that in line with the rules? This is exactly in line with the rules, and how I would expect to see these entered. In 3.8, the 3D indicator will be view-able from the mini-preview in the Add DVD window, and of course from the full preview. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

And yay for v3.8! Can't wait! Agreed - Ken will the 3D flag be retrievable as an edit conditions in the reports? Also will we have filers on it? I like to put 3D logos on my reports. |
