| Posted: | | | | No I missed that. However the problem comes and goes, and sometimes a profile is flagged as needing an update, then can't load it... Probably the server is just too busy with all the excitement after the long wait. At the moment there is no problem. | | | Hans |

| Posted: | | | | I have been having the not responding problem for a some time now. In 3.5 and now in 3.6, it gets worse when I launch WinMediaPlayer and bounce back and forth auditing a DVD. It's annoying, but only lasts for 3 to 5 seconds each time. During one audit, it will happen maybe 3 to as many as 6 times, depending on the length of the audit. I'll live with it if there is no fix. I'm not willing to go back to 32 bit OS and loose available RAM...yet.

| Posted: | | | | Yes, that's how I bounce most of the time. Sometimes with WMP on the left and DVDP on the right, I just click back and forth. The next time I am auditing, I will use all alt tabbing only and see if that makes the difference. Thanks. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. | | | Last edited: by mreeder50 |

The issue was server side and affected version 3.5.1 as well as 3.6.0, but is now resolved. I am have a similar problem and this did not help. My problem is that it is saying I am not connected to the internet when I try to add titles. Every other aspect of the program recognizes that I am connected. The error message is "requested resource is in use" and the window for it just keeps popping up over and over to the point that the only way to stop it is to end process in task manager. This just started happening after the update. I am running Vista. Thanks. Does anyone have any ideas that I could try? | | | Last edited: by Tojo_ |

| Posted: | | | | Today, I have encountered a new hanging error. Happened as i tried to refresh the updated profiles. It just hangs at the "scanning images/overall" window. Though, it doesn't crash, clicking on the cancel button brings me back to the program. (Updating the online list didn't work). DVD Profiler 3.6.0 build 1382 Windows 7 64 Edit: Working now with a fresh installed 1392. | | | Last edited: by weio |
