As you can not change the capitalization of "T4Xi", because it's not a real word and it can not be pronounced, you need to go with the translation "Taxi 4" which is also on the front cover, and if it wasn't you could look on the spine or the back.

I don't see anything in the rules that requires a title to be a 'real word'.

That being said, I guess we will have to 'agree to disagree'.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

We will teach it to them again.

Agreed! But a logo is not a title. We can of course argue if those letters and numbers on the cover are a logo or a title.

I did not say that this was part of the rules, I only explained why the "Check capitalization" rule will not work with this title and therefore we need to search for something else.

Yes, but just because the "Check capitalization" rule doesn't apply, doesn't mean you can disregard the title.  If you can't apply that rule, then you enter "T4Xi', you don't go to a different part of the case and get a title you prefer.  Again, just my opinion.

What about "if you can't say it, it isn't a word and therefore can't be a title"?

Or is the title of the DVD Tfourxi? And what language would that be?
