Just what are you trying to prove. Where in the rules does it say anything about BACK COVER or the SPINE? All the rule says is it must come from the DVD box. You just admitted that it is on the box, albiet in the FEATURES area...but the rules don't say where on the box it has to come from. Quote: I am sorry, my friend, as I said I am trying to keep everybody on one page, whgile nearly EVERY comment you make is designed to encourage users to fly off and do whatever they want, if you can figure out to parse the language to permit it. You are trying to keep everybody on your page. At least my interpretation is based on what the rules actually say. Your interpretation requires that we pretend the rules say something they do not. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. I think he may have realized what a can of worms he was opening with is rather innocent initial question. Wow! I don't know what to say. I didn't expect all this turmoil and a post this long. I apologize for not participating. I was on vacation without a computer, (imagine the horror). I promise not to mention "widescreen" again. I didn't know that the previous discussion existed. I read all 12 pages and I think I understand. However, this is apparently a very controversial subject. Perhaps more clarification in the rules may be helpful. Part of the problem seems to be the inconsistent way DVD cover information is presented by the industry. I will resubmit the title change as "northbloke" suggests. Thanks to everyone. | | | http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/hfa |

I am not worried about this title; but in general how does this work? If a DVD has other versions then are we to try and identify all other versions (even if we don't own them) to make sure they don't already have editions. Or can we stick to the rules and add an edition to the one we do own so long as it's from the drop down or the box. |

If the other editions are already clearly marked I'm sure you'll hear about it soon enough! |
