Separate fields for Production Companies and Distributors |

I agree, I think this is exactly what I have expressed with my "label" post. |

In previous discussions I always tried to make sure that this was pointed out in some way. | | Posted: | | | | Based on what I am seeing Gardiibolt is WRONG. While Criterion, as far as I know remains related to Image, Image is NOT listed as the distributor for their films. The Copyright data reports that in every case I could think of in my collection Croiterion is the distributor AND the Copyright holder for THAT release. The closest one could come to, and it would be WRONG, is that in most if not all Criterion title they are licensing the title from someone else, licensing is why Criterion holds the Copyright for THAT release. For example. "The Rock" is licensed from Buena Vista Home Entertainment and Hollywood Pictures
