I have a totally different view of the problem than you do apparently. Sorry for that, but as I noted there is nothing in the Rules that requires that I fix every little thing. 99.9% of the time when you point out something, I will fix it and I think you and everybody else knows that. If you don't you should. I don't happen to agree with the interpretation that we have to deal with EVERYTHING in italics (at least until we actually get italics, soon), for it is largely a way to delineate titles and names from the rest of the Overview, that simple. And I repeat, I did not undo any data, I simply made a choice not to do it and any of the extortionists were free to make that change on their own, for which i would have voted yes, and then my choice would have been simply not to accept it. Instead I was forced to a two-step process to make the extortionists happy I had to make the change, then I had to reverse the change for my own use.<sigh> I guess its more important for those users to be allowed to remain slovenly non-Contributory members of the Comunity, so they got their wish.

Skip You made your choice and the voters made their choice. Pretty simple! | | | Hal | | | Last edited: by hal9g |

Something I find interesting is that of those who commented, the folks who voted to allow any correct change are a more gracious lot than those who want the fields complete and accurate. | | | Dan | | | Last edited: by Dan W |

Based on his comments, Id' say Skip is in the "correct change" group. Not exactly gracious, if you ask me! | | | Hal | | | Last edited: by hal9g |

| Posted: | | | | For the record, I have voted in neither of these polls and what my answer might be I will as I usually do is my opinion and may or may NOT be reflected by my comments. In fact I seldom actually will vote in a poll.
So whatever one might believe is a pure presumption which may oir may not be correct, Hal

Anyone can submit whatever they like.
Just don't be surprised if voters vote "no" or the contribution is declined if the data is incorrect or incomplete. Incorrect? Who said anything about wanting to submit incorrect data? Adding something obvious to cover the lack of substance in the rest of your statement? | | | Tom. |

"Not complete" has overhauled "except cast and crew". |

This all started over someone who refused to correct an error in an overview, because it was there before, and they decided not to fix it, therefore, it wasn't their error. That means that the data was incorrect! | | | Hal | | | Last edited: by hal9g |

"Not complete" has overhauled "except cast and crew". Since answer #1 also includes "Complete" there are 47 people who want "Complete" versus 38 that don't. EDIT: now 49 to 43 | | | Hal | | | Last edited: by hal9g |
