Can't say I can argue with that one!      A few days back I mentioned my recent nightmare upgrading and renewing my contract with them.  I got a letter yesterday outlining the new agreement, etc., and was pleasantly surprised to find that they actually got it right.  Thankfully, I won't have to fight with them over what was agreed to.

I got this email 4/2/2007. so I responded.
It looks like they have some problems and are trying to fix them.
