Hollywood-Gold-Series
for me it's defintely this version!
If you would use "Hollywood - Gold - Series" then you should set spaces between ALL of the letters (that's what they've done I presume) but then it would look wired: "H o l l y w o o d - G o l d - S e r i e s"
