Going to the setup menu, all I have as an option is to choose whether the subtitles will be regular, SDH, or off.

The package states:  "5.1 DTS-HD MA Surround Sound Language: English, Hebrew and German"

I have no idea how to look at the disc encoding.

I own this too - the single audio track is flagged on the disc as “Hebrew”.
