Greenie for iPatsa's suggestion of an online document link!

For the Crew, in cases like this I credit the Crew, but use Custom credits within a given category, appending " (uncredited)" at the end.  I.e.:  Director (uncredited).  That way it shows up locally and cannot be accidently contributed.
