Mistakes happen unfortunately. What I would do is resubmit the originally artwork (with the slipcover) making sure to mention in my notes that the new one is of a re-release and that yours are the correct ones.
This should be approved. I will try this once and see what happens; my guess is the same individuals who voted yes for the other will vote no on mine (they appeared to like the non WB Blu-line cover). I made sure to specify the reasoning as well when I previously voted no on the recently approved contribution; yes, I was the only no voter but there were only three votes on the previous contribution. I've noticed some of the international releases don't get a whole lot of votes in the first place. |

You like an alternate cover in your local? THat's great, but why put data that violates the rules. Also, how did this get by the screener? If there were no votes, so they should have taken a closer look and saw that it went against the rules. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707 Speakers: Paradigm Monitor 7 v6, CC-190 & Atom Monitors Subwoofer: Definitive Technology ProSub 800 BD/DVD: Oppo BDP-93 (Region Free) HD PVR: Motorola DXC3400 500GB w/ 1TB Expander BD/DVD/Game: 250GB PS3 Slim DVD/Game: 250GB XBox 360 Elite Special Edition (Black) Game: Wii Remote: Logitech Harmony One w/ PS3 Adapter WHS: Acer H341 Windows Home Server |

I've seen it happen that a re-release version has the slip-cover while the original did not. |

| Posted: | | | | Yup... I have seen that as well... but in this case rdodolak already said he knew he had the original release with the slip cover as he bought it when first released.
I also have seen cases where they release with and without slipcover at the same time. So there is always that possibility too. | | | Pete |

I've seen it happen that a re-release version has the slip-cover while the original did not. Yes, this is sometimes true and a good example of this is the French version of Sweeney Todd. Sweeney Todd was originally released in France in 2008 without a slipcover but was subsequently rereleased under the Warner Blu-line with a slip in 2010. The current image in the main DB is for the slipless cover which is correct. I so happen to have the Sweeney Tood version with the slip so that will stay in my local database. One way to tell is by looking at the disclaimers section at the bottom of the back cover. The inner cover art, for Sweeney Todd, has "Conception Graphique et Matériel Supplémentaire (c) 2008 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc." whereas the slip has "Conception Graphique et Matériel Supplémentaire (c) 2010 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc." | | | Last edited: by rdodolak |

| Posted: | | | | If your slip cover is correct then I would re-submit it and document the fact that it is an original release cover.
If you are concerned about "no" votes - make the screeners aware. I usually say something like:
***Screeners: Slip Cover was mistakenly replaced by Keep Case - resubmitting original release Slip Covers per rules. Note release date on both covers.*** |
